Bryan Lipmann AM to step down as CEO in July
The Board of Wintringham has announced that CEO and Founder of Wintringham, Bryan Lipmann AM, will step down as CEO in late July 2025. After a well-deserved holiday, he will return in a part-time advisory role with Wintringham.
President of Wintringham, Gerard Mansour PSM, congratulated Bryan on an amazing career and thanked him for all that he has done for the safety, wellbeing and dignity of older people affected by homelessness.
“Bryan’s vision, tenacity and commitment are truly remarkable. Thanks to his efforts, Wintringham is now one of the leading organisations in Australia focusing on the needs of the most vulnerable older people. I for one, feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him so closely.” Gerard Mansour stated.
“Bryan has generously agreed to remain involved with Wintringham when he returns from his planned holidays, and then the Board will work through just what that might look like once the new CEO is appointed.”
In sharing the news with staff, Bryan said Wintringham is a strong values-driven organisation, made possible thanks to the passion and commitment of every team member.
“I am proud that together, we have made a difference to the lives of thousands of older people. Everyone at Wintringham is, in their own way, helping to save the lives of some of the most disadvantaged people in our community.”
“I can’t even begin to tell you how much I have loved leading Wintringham – it has been a great privilege to work with, and for, some of the most inspiring people over such a long time.”
The Board has begun the process of recruiting the next CEO and hopes to have a new person in place by July.
