Fabulous mix of old and new
There are eight one-bedroom Alexander Miller Memorial Homes at 6 Clifton St Euroa. They have been extensively renovated and enlarged. Each has been refurbished at the front and rear using the existing external walls and roofing: this has allowed the units to be 'opened up' to provide natural ventilation and light.
The new contemporary space measures approximately 50sqm with ample internal space to promote universal access and on-going tenancies for elderly people who may have limited mobility.
