Full Care Accommodation

Wintringham has a range of low and high care Residential Aged Care facilities throughout Melbourne. These hostels provide high quality accommodation, all meals and 24 hour support and assistance. Wintringham respects the dignity and independence of all our residents. Fees are set in accordance with guidelines established by the Commonwealth Government.

All residents need to contact My Aged Care to arrange an assessment prior to entry.

McLean Lodge, Flemington; 21 residents, mixed care, plus six residents in the Specialist Dementia Care Unit
Williamstown Hostel; 60 residents, mixed care including one respite care place
Port Melbourne Hostel; 35 residents, mixed care
Ron Conn, Avondale Heights; 60 residents, high care
Eunice Seddon Home, Dandenong; 60 residents, mixed care, plus two respite care places
Gilgunya, Coburg; 50 residents, mixed care.
Tom Fitzgerald, Shepparton; 20 residents, mixed care.
Wintringham Hobart, Tasmania; 40 residents, mixed care.

Supported Accommodation

We have an option for people who do not need full care accommodation.

Registered as a Supported Residential Service (SRS), Angus Martin House in Frankston has 45 beds and is home to people who want to live independently but just need the option of meals supplied everyday and support with things like medication if needed.

Affordable Housing

We rent out apartments at affordable rates.

Our housing is creates homely living environments which offer safety, security and privacy, as well as access to transport and community services. The majority of Wintringham Housing accommodation is in one bedroom units with an ensuite bathroom and a kitchen and living area.
