Geelong, Highton
Excellent new social housing for Geelong
A significant addition to the Miller portfolio are 34 new one-bedroom units built at 3 Cranwell Court, Highton. Each of the units has been designed to optimise natural ventilation and light, providing a contemporary space measuring approximately 50sqm.
With universal accessibility, on-going tenancies are ensured for older people who may have limited mobility. There is a community room and landscaped gardens.
The housing was officially opened on 13 July 2011 when this fine addition to social housing in Geelong, and the remarkable legacy of Alexander Miller, was celebrated.
