This year Wintringham is recognising Homelessness Week with its annual Art Show, which displays a series of art works from clients – many aged 50+ years – who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness.
The exhibition titled, Unstoppable: Breaking the Barriers, is a tribute to those who have struggled with stereotyping, prejudice and often have experienced a system that has let them down. Highlighting our social justice values, this art show exhibits works from the incredible people, who we support to live a dignified life.
Sincere thanks to Victoria University for supporting this event by providing the gallery space free of charge.
